We absolutely loved everything about this property. All the front desk staff we encountered were helpful, we even got a free room upgrade. My daughter forgot her phone at the lobby and the hotel staff kept it safe till we returned at night when it was found. The breakfast was amazing and it was lovely to have a free glass of bubbly alongside breakfast. The proximity to the city centre and metro stations was also another advantage of staying here. I highly recommend property and will be visiting again.

The room was very nice and spacious, and the location of the hotel was also very good. We received exceptionally friendly and professional customer service from Ilaria at the reception and Corrado at the lobby bar. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Milano.

We liked the hotel's helpful and patient staff both at the reception and at breakfast. The facilities of the room were sufficient, which also included a comfortable bed and numerous pillows. The location of the hotel is perfect - in front of a park and with a green terrace inside.

Very warm rooms (used tghe AC as the heater) which was great because it was cold outside, great breakfast, tea kettle with a good tea selection in the room, wonderful location (went on foot to the city center), very clean, friendly staff, historical hotel
